Who is Jim Lee?

James R. (Jim) Lee is a Realtor who enjoys working with people and helping them achieve their goals, whether buying, selling, relocating from another city, buying that first home, or simply moving for a different lifestyle.

Jim is a certified Residential Specialist (CRS). The CRS designation is only attained after meeting tough educational and performance standards. Nationally only about 3% of all Realtors are CRS designees.

Jim is a graduate of the Realtor's Institute (GRI). This designation is awarded after successful completion of a series of courses in such things as home marketing, financing, Real Estate law, salesmanship, and other Real Estate related subjects.

Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) is a new designation in real estate. It denoted agents who have undergone special training and met performance requirement to work especially with buyers and represent their interests.

The National Association of REALTOR's newest designation is the e-PRO or Internet Certified Professional. Only REALTORS who have successfully completed an online training course and met course objective including how to work with home buyers and sellers online are e-PROs.
